Are there ambulances in the Caring Fleet?

No, we do not provide ambulance services.

Caring Fleet aims to provide people who have limited mobility with dedicated accessible transportation.

Can non-wheelchair users use this service?

This service is for those with mobility difficulties. You do not have to be wheelchair-user to use our services.

Are the staff medically-trained?

No. The Caring Fleet Crew are trained to assist passengers when they use the wheelchair-lifters or stair-crawlers. They are not medically-trained.

My mother is a wheelchair user. Can I book a vehicle with a wheelchair-lift for my family to go on an outing with her?

Yes. You can hire a passenger van / bus service as well. Please contact our booking centre for more details.

Can the Caring Fleet go anywhere?

Yes, so long as it is within the island of Singapore and there are proper roads, accesses and parking / waiting area for our vehicles.

Do I need to sign-up for this service?

Yes, in order to shorten the processing time, signing up for this service is necessary so that we can quickly retrieve your records from our database when you make your next booking.
